We are currently looking for a Front Office Agent who brings operational precision and natural guest instinct to every interaction - someone who understands that the front desk is where impressions are made and loyalty is built.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures in line with hotel brand standards
• Manage guest profiles, preferences, and special requests accurately in the PMS
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism and empathy
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Reservations to ensure a smooth guest journey
• Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate shift reports
• Assist with upselling of room upgrades, dining reservations, and resort experiences
• Uphold brand standards and service protocols at all times
What We Are Looking For
• Experience in front office or guest services, preferably with an international hotel brand
• Hands-on experience with Opera PMS or Opera Cloud, loyalty program processes, OTA extranets is an advantage
• Quick learner, open to studying new booking and reservations programs
• English intermediate, Lithuanian native and fluent
• Confident communication and a naturally warm guest manner
• Ability to multitask across busy front desk operations and manage competing priorities calmly
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and public holidays (shift work)

We are looking for a Reservations Agent who understands guests' needs and knows how to turn an inquiry into a confirmed booking, and a confirmed booking into an anticipated guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle all inbound reservation inquiries via phone, email, OTA channels, and the hotel booking platform
• Accurately process room bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests in the PMS
• Communicate room availability, rates, packages, and resort offerings with confidence and service precision
• Coordinate with Front Office and F&B teams to ensure guest preferences and pre-arrival notes are actioned
• Support upselling of room categories, dining experiences, and resort packages
• Maintain accurate reservation records and contribute to daily occupancy and revenue reporting
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
What We Are Looking For
• Reservations or front office experience within an international hotel brand
• Hands-on experience with hotel systems including Opera PMS or Opera Cloud, Marriott CI/TY or MARSHA, OTA extranets (Booking.com, Expedia), and Amadeus or Sabre (advantage)
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Lithuanian
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage high inquiry volume
• Calm, professional, and guest-focused, especially during peak seasons
• Understanding of revenue management principles and rate structure is an advantage

Esperanza Hospitality Group is looking for a Sales Manager to drive revenue across room sales, events, banquets, weddings. Reporting directly to the General Director, this is a key commercial role responsible for proactively growing business, converting enquiries, and building long-term client relationships across corporate, social, and wedding segments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the full sales cycle for room bookings, group blocks, events, banquets, weddings, and private dining - from initial enquiry through proposal, site visit, negotiation, and contracting
• Actively sell accommodation packages, group room blocks, and combined event-stay offers
• Build and manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, wedding planners, agencies, and event organisers
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate and social event clients
• Prepare tailored proposals and packages aligned with Esperanza brand standards
• Collaborate with Reservations and F&B teams to create compelling commercial packages
• Represent Esperanza at industry events, bridal fairs, and networking forums
• Maintain accurate records, activity reports, and booking pipelines in the CRM
• Track sales performance against targets and report results to the General Director
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to ensure competitive positioning
• Contribute to the annual sales strategy and budget planning process
What We Are Looking For
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in hospitality, events, or banqueting
• Proven track record in room sales, wedding, corporate events, or MICE sales
• Experience with group bookings, room blocks, and combined stay-event packages
• Proficiency in hotel sales and reservations systems including Opera PMS or Opera Cloud, Marriott CI/TY, MARSHA, and OTA extranets (Booking.com, Expedia)
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client communication skills
• Knowledge of the Lithuanian market and existing client base is a strong advantage
• English advanced, Lithuanian required
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
